What's included in every placement

Every Pakistani worker we place goes through the same six-step process, delivered by one team. No sub-contracting, no handoffs, no surprise fees.

01 Sourcing & Shortlisting

We maintain an active database of skilled Pakistani tradesmen. When you send a request, we filter by trade, certification, experience level and language, then send you a shortlist within 5-7 working days.

02 Skill Assessment

Each shortlisted candidate completes a practical skill test recorded on video, plus a short interview. You see real work before you commit.

03 Work Permit Application

Once you select a candidate, we handle the Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Security work permit application end-to-end.

04 Visa & Emigration

On the Pakistan side, we process the work visa and Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment clearance required for legal overseas work.

05 Arrival

The worker arranges their own flight. The employer provides airport pickup in Turkey, and first-week accommodation in some positions.

06 Onboarding & Aftercare

Turkish language basics, workplace safety orientation and cultural briefing delivered to every worker. We stay available for the entire contract.

Legal employment in Turkey with a written contract and full documentation. Working hours, wages and overtime are set by the employer within Turkish labor law — you have the same legal rights as Turkish workers.

How long does the full process take?

From request to worker on-site in Turkey, expect 8-14 weeks depending on trade, document readiness and current ministry processing times.

Do workers pay any fees to you?

No. Our fees are paid by the Turkish employer. Charging workers for placement is illegal under both Turkish and Pakistani labour regulations.

What if a placement isn't the right fit?

If a placement doesn't meet expectations within the agreed probation window, we start a new candidate process at no additional recruitment fee. Detailed terms are in the service contract.

Do you cover trades not listed?

Yes. Our core trades are the most-requested, but we can source other skilled roles on request - tell us what you need.
