Paktur is a Turkey-based recruitment consultancy specialising in bringing skilled tradesmen from Pakistan to work with Turkish employers across construction, manufacturing, maintenance and heavy industry.

What We Do

Recruitment & Vetting

Skill-test welders, electricians, machine technicians and other tradesmen in Pakistan before shortlisting. Every candidate comes with a video assessment, CV and document pack.

Work Permit & Visa

Full handling of the Turkish work permit application and Pakistani emigration paperwork. All fees, timelines and risks managed in-house.

Travel & Housing

The employer arranges airport pickup, and provides accommodation in some positions, so the worker is on-site ready to start on day one.

Orientation

Turkish language basics, workplace safety and cultural orientation delivered before and after arrival.

Ongoing Support

We stay in the loop after placement - contract renewals, rotations and issue resolution are handled by the same team that placed the worker.

Compliance

Every placement is logged with Turkish and Pakistani authorities. You get audit-ready paperwork on request.
