Turkey and Pakistan cooperate through a framework of labour and social-security arrangements that shape the practical route for every worker placement. We monitor updates from both the Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Security and the Pakistani Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BE&OE), and align every placement to the current protocol.

Social Security Agreements

Bilateral social-security coordination with partner countries protects workers' contributions, pension rights and healthcare coverage while they are employed in Türkiye. We advise on which agreement applies and how to activate it at enrolment.

Important Notice

Under Law No. 6735, placing foreign workers in Türkiye without an authorised recruitment licence is an administrative offence carrying heavy fines and potential employment bans. Always verify your recruitment partner's authorisation status before signing any placement agreement.
