Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Paktur as the data controller, for the purposes described below.

- Identity data (name, surname, date of birth, passport / CNIC numbers)
- Contact data (phone, email, address, WhatsApp)
- Employment data (trade, experience, certifications, previous employers)
- Transaction security data (IP address, access logs)
- Uploaded documents (CV, photo, certificates, clearances)

- Legal compliance with Turkish Ministry of Labour and Pakistani Bureau of Emigration

Transfer of Personal Data

Recruitment Ethics
Transparent Process
All fees and conditions are disclosed to workers in writing at the time of application. No one travels to Turkey without knowing the actual terms of the contract they signed.
Transparent Contracts
Every placement is based on a written employment contract disclosed to the worker in advance of travel. No worker is asked to travel without a signed contract.
Full Legal Process
All placements include a proper Turkish work permit, work visa and BE&OE clearance. We do not process workers on tourist or visit visas.
